Individualized Yoga
Michael can develop a personalized yoga practice for you that best suits your lifestyle. Yoga consists of personally adjustable postures, breathing, and thinking with guided imagery. You will not be forced into pretzel-like positions or toward any thinking that diminishes your current religious or spiritual beliefs.

Yoga for Groups or Events
Michael has a passion for teaching Yoga and brings the benefits of Yoga to retreats, boardrooms, classrooms and workshops. Depending on your needs, or the needs of your organization, Michael can design and provide Yoga experiences that will facilitate the theme, structure and content of your event.

Individuals, couples and groups also ask for Yoga instruction without the psycho-therapeutic integration. Michael offers 90 minute sessions tailored to your needs by appointment.
